CY-Water Features:

1. Adopt PLC+Touch Screen automatic control way .

2. There are the detailed information of dynamic state of equipment in touch screen.(Such as process picture,various pump,switch ,liquid level )

3. The function of alarm record ,in case of any abnormality,it will send out sound and light alarm .

4. Automatic way one-button start , easily operate.

5. The authority and level of the system is set three level to prevent misoperation.

6. The first RO Water is divide into qualified water and unqualified water that can directly drain . The second RO and posterior segment is divide into qualified water and unqualified water ,the unqualified water can be sent the raw water tank ,save water ,and keep water quality.

7. The dead angle of all pipeline is more than 3D,The system can realize full emptying .All horizontal pipelines shall have a slope of no less than 1% to realize full discharge during cleaning . The lowest point of water making equipment shall be marked and sanitary valves shall be installed ,Diaphragm valves on horizontal pipelines shall be installed at 45 degrees.

8. The material of part contact with water is SUS 304 before purified water storage , after purified water storage is SUS 316L, The material of water for injection & pure steam is 316L

9. All valve in contact with purified water ,water for injection ,pure steam is diaphragm valve , the gasket of valve is PTFE or EPDM,The installation angle is good for drain ,The purified water valve is resistant to pasteurization,the water for injection valve is resistant to 121℃ superheated water disinfection,and the pure steam valve is resistant to 0.4MPa saturated steam.

10. There are sampling points and sampling valve enough from the raw water to water for injection for monitoring water quality at any time . All sampling points and valve is sanitary structure,all pipeline need pickling and passivation treatment .

11. All sealing rings are made of pharmaceutical grade silicone rubber,and all parts,pipelines and gaskets in contact with sterilized hot water must withstand disinfection temperature.

12. Pipeline welding:the welding seam shall be smooth without welding slag and burr;the welding seam of equipment body shall be subject to a certain proportion of X-ray flaw detection;the inner surface of the pipe in contact with raw water ,pure steam and water for injection shall be electro-polished.

13. All instruments and probes in contact with purified water ,water for injection and pure steam shall be connected in a sanitary way instead of connection.

14. Frequency conversion linkage between flow meter of purified water and injection water return port and distribution pump.

15. The on-line conductivity analysis instrument has temperature compensation function and can realize abnormal discharge when the conductivity exceeds the standard .All other instruments and meters shall be calibrated and provided with calibration certificate.

16.All instruments ,valves etc installed on the circulating pipeline can withstand the temperature of corresponding disinfection method,and ensure that their performance and service life will not be affected after disinfection,indicating the maximum temperature and time they can bear .
