Brief Induction of circulation system

1.Sterilization Circulating system of pure steam

Pure steam ,return water of circulating system ,heat exchange of returned water ,each used point ( with trap valve and PT 100),Circulating pump ,storage tank of returned water (with trap valve and PT100).

In order to ensure sterilization of each used water point, there must have trap valve of condensate of pure steam to ensure drain of condensate in time .for ensure sterilization temperature ,There must have PT 100 at the each points of used water to monitor temperature ,when the temperature approach requirement of sterilization ,start timing sterilization.

2.Sterilization circulating system of Superheated water

Circulating Pump ,each used points,heating exchanger of returned water (with PT100 after and behind heating exchanger ),Storage tank of returned water (with PT100),The WFI Water is heated by heating exchanger of returned water ,When the WFI temperature in heating exchanger is up to 121℃, start timing sterilization .

From these two system ,If there are a lot of used points for pure steam ,the system is more complex, but the superheated water is relatively simple ,the quantity requirement of used points of is not high.
