Maintenance and precautions:

1. The user should check trap valve of pre-heater at any time when the machinery is running ,and is allowed to 10% leakage of steam,that is good for discharge of non-condensate ,if heat transfer is not good ,the user should replace the trap valve or clean the equipment .

2. The max working pressure is 0.5Mpa,Safe valve is 0.55MPa, the user should regularly check handle.

The cleaning of equipment ,after running for long time ,while the production capacity or water quality declines,there are some dirt deposition on surface of heat exchange tube (especially 1st evaporator and condenser) ,the user should clean equipment.
