B.Test run & confirmation

The following test running meed to be done after built plan.

Check conformity of PID,Layout ,axonometric drawing .

Check the installation of equipment and components ,especially components in vessel , such as spray ball ,breather filter etc .

The remains during production and installation are eliminated by softened water and deionized water . If necessary,use mechanical cleaning method .When using mechanical cleaning method ,pay attention to prevent scratches on the inner surface as much as possible.

Test pressure of pipeline(For security reasons ,usually use the water pressure,sometime the air pressure is available )

Cleaning & Passivation of SS equipment and pipeline

Recorded document and approved connection process (certification of welder,regulation of welding ,axonometric drawing,nondestructive test etc), check connection situation .
